Dunnville Dance Hall

The recently rebuilt Dance Hall is an inviting location for your next event, located in the San Benito County Historical Park among
the restored historical buildings.  Accommodating up to 120 people, it is the perfect place for your small fundraiser, youth activity, or private party.


The Historical Society is now accepting reservations for the Dance Hall. Governing COVID restrictions in place, at the time of the event, must be followed.  Fill out a Dance Hall request form and we'll be happy to discuss your event further with you. 

Outdoor walks through the Historical Park, Village and upper trails are allowed and are a great way to get outdoors and enjoy the Park!

ALL RENTALS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 35 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
Rental Rates (subject to change)


Private Party - $650
Non-profits, Youth & Veterans’ Groups, Historical Society Members - $400
Historical Society Members ($250 level or above) - $300
Heritage Wall Donors ($1000 or above) - one free rental on any “available” date within 1 year of donation.
There is a $250 refundable deposit.


RENTER shall furnish a current certificate of insurance evidencing that there is presently in effect a policy of commercial or comprehensive general liability insurance, including public liability and property damage, written by an insurer authorized to do business in the state of California, and in an amount of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence.  This insurance coverage shall be primary and non-contributory, and RENTER agrees to name as an additional insured on such policy, the San Benito County Historical Society and the County of San Benito.
